OUR SERVICE OBLIGATION TO YOU

We are committed to ensuring that wherever you travel, for whatever sport or event, our internal practices and procedures result in high service standards, robust health and safety procedures and ensure that we are creating experiences that promote responsible tourism.

For your reassurance, we are pleased to confirm that we are members of ABTA (member number Y6618).

ABTA

ABTA is the UK’s largest travel association, representing travel agents and tour operators and lead the travel industry in supporting high service standards, high health & safety practices, and promoting responsible tourism. Tourvest Destination Management UK Ltd t/a SA Rugby Travel is a member of ABTA – Member number: Y6618.

ABTA and their members help holidaymakers to get the most from their travel and assist them when things do not go according to plan. This means you have the benefit of ABTA’s assistance and Code of Conduct. We provide financial protection for your money when you buy a package holiday. If you buy a package that includes a flight then this will be financially protected by ATOL, if you buy a package excluding flights, this will be financially protected with ABTA, but if you buy other travel arrangements from us such as accommodation (which does not form part of a package), neither the ABTA or ATOL protection applies.

If you have a complaint about your tour, please email with all the relevant details at info@teamtravelmanagement.co.uk . Whilst we would always do our utmost to find a resolution to complaints you have access to use ABTA’s Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme which is approved by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute. If we can’t resolve your complaint, go to www.abta.com to use ABTA’s simple procedure. Further information on the Code and ABTA’s assistance in resolving disputes can be found on www.abta.com. You can also access the European Commission Online Dispute (ODR) Resolution platform at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. This ODR platform is a means of registering your complaint with us; it will not determine how your complaint should be resolved.

For further information about ABTA, the Code of Conduct and the arbitration scheme available to you if you have a complaint, contact ABTA, 30 Park Street, London SE1 9EQ. Tel: 020 3117 0599 or www.abta.com

YOUR FINANCIAL PROTECTION

The law says your holiday must be protected if it is a package holiday.   ATOL (which stands for Air Travel Organiser’s Licence) is a UK financial protection scheme and it protects most air package holidays sold by travel businesses that are based in the UK.  For package holidays which do not include air, as a member of ABTA, financial protection is provided for your money.  Both schemes ensure that if a travel business ceases trading, the customers of the failed company are protected, and the relevant scheme will ensure that the customer can return home (if on holiday/tour) and will not lose their money if the business collapses prior to travel. SA Rugby Travel is protected by ATOL and ABTA. If you buy other travel arrangements such as accommodation only this protection doesn’t apply.
